Was there weather?
Thank goodness we have LJ so we don't have to look out of the window to find out what the weather's like any more.

No, that's only when you've succeeded.

Then I'd be Sesquisqueepedality, right?

Squeepedality, once you've been worn down.

I have a small child for that as well. Though i must admit i sent him to get his mum up this morning to tell her so I could go to work.

'Mummy mummy it's snowing. I want to go outside and throw snowballs at daddy.'

I then quickly exit for work.

Well, I think a lot of people have that reaction, young and old. It's all good, really.

Dunno about the rest of your friends list but I wrote about it because I might like to look back and remember that this was the day it snowed and how I felt. No more self-indulgent (and no less!) than my endless baby-blogging.

I will defend your right to blog about the snow to the death if necessary. (I hope it's not necessary.) I do find it interesting that so many people found it worthy of noting though. At least it was proper snow, like I remember from my childhood in the frozen wastes of Derbyshire, anyway.

Last night on irc I was looking out of the window to tell someone across town that it wasn't snowing yet, because my computer is next to the window and his isn't.

Isn't technology fabulous?

*shrug* I have people on my f-list in Florida, Australia, other non-snow places; I like snow; LJ is as much a record of one person's life as it is a means to communicate with others, so it's a true account of 'what happened today'.

It could be worse. Half my friends list have spent the week talking about the Superbowl. Yawn.

Well, you know people can talk about anything, really. Me I like to observe on social trends that puzzle me. It's hopefully humourous rather than offensive.
