2 main reasons.

1) T&Cs are in Russian. I cannot confirm the accuracy of their translation. I do not like being bound by terms I have no realistic possibility of being able to understand.

I am apparently here infrequently, although I'm trying to pick up pace as I find LJ a generally better format. But I'm trying to use it more often. I've certainly been writing more.
