In what seems to be a once every two year tradition for me, I shall be uprooting all my worldly goods (my aren't there are lot of them?) and moving into the secretrebelbase, probably on the first weekend of March. As such, lanfykins would therefore be very interested in acquiring a new tennant. It's a very nice spacious house with an abundance of felines (and even a couple of guinnea pigs), and really the only reason I'm moving that I find it too isolated without a car to get myself around with.

I'll also be needing a lorry driver again for the weekend of March 4th-5th or ideally any time the week before that during the week, but it's much harder to find drivers during the week unfortunately. (The downside of truck rental at the weekends is that they force you to pay two days rental.) Anyone willing to help me load / unload would also be greatly appreciated and is likely to get fed in recompense. Volunteers greatly receive either here or in email.

With this and the CAB and the ongoing issues with managing chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety (the latter two are thankfully a lot better than they were), I feel as though I've got a hell of a lot on my plate at the moment. I feel like I'm not going to be able to cope. Logic tells me I should in fact be OK, but it doesn't stop it being scary. Wish me luck.

Still, I'm looking forward to being a lot more central, and hopefully the benefits of that will be worth it all.

Best of luck, and hang in there.

Maybe write a list of everything and scratch things off as they get done? I find when i'm feeling overwhelmed at the sheer amount of stuff I need to do when i'm going away for weekends and trying to get my house back in shape, that it helps me prioritise things and more to the point, it looks really good as things get crossed off, and makes everything seem so much more manageable. Course, it works for me, but YMMV, as always :) *hugs*

Lists seem to depress me, unfortunately.

Fairynuff, was just a thought! (Admittedly, I find that half-crossed-off lists rae rather more energising!)

I'll lend a hand with the move, though it partly depends on Robert (as getting me to you without him might be tricky!)

I wonder if there's a possibility of having a final singing session before you move?

I think the problem lies in finding a weekend that we can all do. Still, we can try. Of course there's nothing to stop us doing a singing session afterwards. I can get to House of Leaves easily enough.

There's a strong possibility that that coincides with the date we plan to get rid of the storage unit (which we've just hired to get us over the moves we need to accommodate the new kitchen (beginning of Feb)) so it's feasible that we could go in on a weekend hire of a van with you (and thus provide driver too). But I'll need to speak to imc first!

If I am around that weekend I will pop over and help you load or pack or whatever. Remind me, you know my memory is a goldfish one.
