This is a long shot, but did I lend anyone my copies of Day of the Tentacle and Sam and Max Hit the Road? They don't appear to be in my software archive. :(

On a more positive note I find I have 2 copies of The Seventh Guest. (How do these things happen? I'd remember having bought it twice, and I've certainly only played it once.) The spare one is free to the first person to shout. (It's your responsibility to work out how to run it on a modern PC, I'm afraid.)

If it says it'll run on Win98 SE, consider this a shout!

It's a DOS game, so you should be able to run it in DOS mode if nothing else.

Mail me your address and I'll pop it in the post.

Sam & Max didn't quite work properly in DOS mode under one or other of 95 and 98 IIRC, but I think Seventh Guest was a bit newer so it should be worth a try. If anyone else shouts about it and I can't get it to work I can always forward it on!

I vaguely remember something about a Windows patch. Poke around on tah Intarweb.

I still need your address.

Thanks, but I've rustled up copies. Doubtless they've been added to the statistics of money 'stolen' from the software industry as a result.
