I so hope this was a deliberate act of a Radiohead fan with a sense of irony:

http://www.cyclescheme.co.uk/employer,intro.htm - apparently this government sanctioned cycle tax dodge produces "fit, happy, productive staff".

On a related note, anyone have recommendations for a ladies' hybrid costing less than £500. (Actually, it doesn't have to be a hybrid, but I want a commuter bike - I'm unlikely to be riding it for more than an hour at a time or off-road.) Giant is good, because then I can buy from Cycloanalysts, who have always provided good customer service - but more important is that I get the best bike for the money.

I love my fcr2 - it's not a hybrid, more like a road bike with flat bars. Very nippy and light

I have an aging Giant Suxes (bought from Cycloanalysts, as it happens), which I found extremely good for getting around Oxford excessively quickly. (Notably, I once rode it out from St Giles to look at a house on Oliver Road.) Mine has a mens' frame, but they certainly used to do it with a ladies' frame - but this was several years ago, and it's possible that you can't get them anymore. (If you can, it probably goes without saying that the 7-gear version is definitely worth the fairly small extra cost over the 3-gear, but I'll say it anyway :)
